Krakatoa does not currently support FumeFX 2.1.
I am working with the FumeFX developers to add this support to a future version of Krakatoa.
FumeFX 2.1 support is in the latest beta build if you are comfortable using that. It is posted here: http://www.thinkboxsoftware.com/krakatoa-downloads/beta-builds/
